COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

• Please wear masks/face coverings at all times when you are in the inside common areas of the condominium, including the elevators.

• Please exercise social distancing when using the elevators by occupying the elevator with only members of a single household at a time.

• Please remember to exercise social distancing at the Front Desk, especially when picking-up packages. Only staff will be permitted in the office behind the Front Desk.

• All deliveries will be at the lobby, including food deliveries. Delivery persons will not be allowed access to the building beyond the lobby. Residents will need to come to the lobby to accept deliveries, including food deliveries.

• All contractors and persons performing work in the building must wear masks/face coverings while in the inside common areas of the condominium. Any such persons not wearing masks/face coverings will not be allowed in the inside common areas of the condominium.
