MOVING

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Moving on Weekends & Holidays is Prohibited

Only the Freight Elevator may be used for moving. Schedule reservations in advance for use of the Freight Elevator by contacting the Front Desk and submitting a refundable freight elevator security deposit and non-refundable move in/out fee. The Moving Fee and Deposit must be paid at the time of scheduling the service elevator. Only one move is permitted per day, so make your reservation as early as possible. Make checks payable to Belt’s Landing. Unit Owners or residents are liable for any damage, including, but not limited to the building, elevators, grounds and landscaping, caused by their moving or delivery. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations as needed.

CONTRACTOR WORK

All contractors must sign in at the Front Desk and have on file a certificate of insurance. Only the Freight Elevator may be used for construction purposes, with advanced scheduling and Security Deposit. Please notify Front Desk in advance for contractor rooftop access. Contractors with vans or trucks too large to park in the garage must obtain and display a Contractor Parking Pass to park in Fell Alley. Parking can not block access to the townhouses that share Fell Alley. Contractors are responsible for cleaning up any debris they make before leaving. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations as needed.

PARKING

Each unit has the use of two (2) parking spaces in the garage, so long as space is available. Each vehicle must be registered at the Front Desk with make, model, year, color and tag number. A decal sticker will be assigned to registered vehicles and must be displayed on the top corner of the passenger front windshield. Please notify the Front Desk of Guests or Contractors needing to park in the garage to obtain a Guest/Contractor Parking Pass. Guest parking may be subject to approval during busy community events and holidays. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations as needed.

 

DELIVERIES & FREIGHT ELEVATOR USE

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Only the Freight Service Elevator may be used for moving, delivery, construction or remodeling purposes. All deliveries of large pieces of furniture and other bulky items must be scheduled in advance with the Front Desk. Use of the service elevator in connection with construction or remodeling of any Unit requiring use of the service elevator must be scheduled in advance with the Front Desk. The Security Deposit must be paid at the time of scheduling the service elevator. The elevator will be padded to prevent damage and an inspection of the hallway and elevator will be done before check is returned. Unit Owners or residents are liable for any damage, including, but not limited to the building, elevators, grounds and landscaping, caused by their moving or delivery. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations as needed.

POOL

Memorial Day – Labor Day, 7 Days a Week
Hours Determined by The Board of Directors

Unless the Board of Directors determines otherwise, each year the pool shall be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7 days a week during the hours defined by the Board of Directors. Use of the swimming pool and pool area is for the residents of Fell Street Building only. All residents who wish to use the pool must secure a photo ID taken at the Front Desk. All residents and guests must sign the register maintained by the Lifeguard upon entering the pool area. Residents are limited to two guests at the same time (per Residential Unit) within the pool area, unless otherwise permitted at the discretion of the lifeguard. Residents are responsible for their guests at all times and must accompany them while they are using the pool area. No individual shall be within the pool area unless a lifeguard is on duty. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for additional Pool Rules and Info.
