It is hard to believe that it has been five years since the lobby and the hallways underwent a major redecoration. As part of this extensive remodeling, one of the goals was to ensure that the common areas maintained an aesthetically pleasing and professional appearance. Therefore, the long-standing practice of placing personal effects or decorations outside of units was eliminated in accordance with the rules and regulations. Lately, though, there have been examples of this rule not being followed. Residents are reminded that no article of personal property is to be placed in the common areas. This includes decorations on the door such as wreaths and door mats. (Of course, tasteful decorations are always permitted during the holidays.) Please take a moment to ensure that your unit is in compliance. Thank you for your cooperation.
