For those of you who may not remember, on this date the temperature dropped to 4°F. As a result, Belt’s Landing suffered two pipe breaks which resulted in significant damage and large insurance claims. This weekend the low is expected to be 9°F. For this reason, residents are reminded to keep their thermostats at or above 65°F and to let a little cold water trickle out of a bathroom sink faucet. If you are watching the unit of a neighbor who is away, please do the same. Your cooperation may save the condominium a lot of money.
