As everyone should be aware, the Community Room finally is being renovated! Completion is expected in early January 2019, barring any delays.

For those of you needing an exercise space, Sweet Science Boxing Gym (located next door on the Ann Street Wharf) is offering a discount to Belt’s Landing Residents through the month of January 2019.

Sweet Science Boxing Gym is offering the use of its facility to all the condo residents for general use (all classes included as well). The discounted fee is $100 for next 2 months. All condo memberships will expire on January 30, 2019. The usual monthly membership is $125 per 1 month, so this is quite a good deal for our residents.
