After a great deal of discussion and planning over the past few years, this much anticipated project is finally coming to fruition. The project will begin on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, with the old exercise equipment being donated to a local charity the day before. Yes, the project will include brand new exercise equipment!

The project is expected to take two months with an estimated completion date of early January 2019. During this time, the exercise/community room will not be accessible to residents. In addition, during the renovation, contractor parking in Fell Alley will be limited.

There will not be an assessment for this renovation.
