Decorations and Other Items Outside the Unit or on the Door
Before the interior remodeling project a few years ago, one could find all sorts of thing outside one’s unit including furniture. Although not quite as bad, we are beginning to see a resurgence of this practice. 7.3 of the Rules and Regulation (R&R) prohibits personal property in the common areas and 7.4 of the R&R states in part that only tasteful holiday decorations may be placed on doors one month before and two weeks after the holiday. The decorations we are seeing on doors are not holiday decorations.
Please be kind of your neighbors and remove such items in a timely manner. Items still in place after Monday, June 22nd, will be removed and stored in the lobby office. Thank you for your cooperation.
