The painting of the hallways and replacement of the carpet on all floors is now complete. Section 7.3 of the Belts Landing Rules & Regulations states in part,
“No article of personal property, including, but not limited to, furniture and decorations, shall be placed or stored, either temporarily or permanently, in any Common Area, including but not limited to the lobby, corridors, hallways…”
The Board is taking the opportunity of this project to enforce this rule. Residents must remove all decorations including paintings on the wall, furnishings and other items outside of their units. There can be no exceptions. Residents who do not remove their personal items will have them stored by maintenance on a temporary basis. Items not claimed will be discarded.
