Unit 701 Balcony and Brick Planter Update

Activities are as follows:

4/8:

Remove EIFS and substrate board from exterior wall at Unit 701.

Re-install substrate board and water resistive barrier

4/9:

Remove EIFS and substrate board from exterior wall at Unit 701.

Re-install substrate board and water resistive barrier

4/10:

Remove EIFS and substrate board from exterior wall at Unit 701.

Re-install substrate board and water resistive barrier

The most noise that will be present will be using a grinder to cut into the existing EIFS and debris disposal through the trash shoot.
