The annual meeting scheduled for April 7, 2020, has been postponed until further notice.  The present Board of Directors will continue to serve until a new meeting is convened and elections are held.

The garage cleaning has been postponed.  A revised schedule will be sent out at a later date.

There are new rules for the use of the exercise room.  They are posted here, COVID-19 Community Room Rules.

Work will continue on the balcony of unit 701 and on the brick courtyard.  The contractors may arrive on-site at 8:00 am; however, no loud noises are allowed before 8:30 am.
