Break In

Please be advised on September 24th and 25th as well as October 18th the garage was broken into and several items were stolen. As a consequence, the access to the garage on the pier side has been removed until further notice.

We are asking that you stay vigilant and observe the following recommendations:

  • KEEP YOUR CAR DOOR LOCKED!
  • Do not leave valuables in plain sight in your vehicle, make sure nothing is left behind in the open, like in truck beds.  They should remain locked in your trunk or cabin when not in use.
  • If you see something, please say something.  Call 911 immediately if you witness suspicious or criminal behavior!  No one knows your neighborhood better then you do.  If something doesn’t look or feel right, it probably isn’t.  Trust your inner voice.

The police reports have been addressed by the same officer (case information below) and he has stated that it would be best if individual resident call to report the theft and not only management as it would help the city get involved in finding the perpetrators. Please call the officer with any reports of missing items, please check your vehicle and bicycles as soon as possible to see if anything is missing.
