Marble Polishing

The marble flooring in the lobby and the six elevator landings will be polished during the week of November 9th. Please use caution in these areas during this time.  Also, there is one cart in the office that may be used to carry packages, only, through the lobby.  All other carts are not allowed in the lobby area.

Clogged Toilet Lines

There have been some issues with toilet lines being clogged with baby wipes and similar products.  The instructions may say they are safe to dispose of in a toilet; however, this has proven not to be the case at Belts Landing.  Please do not throw these items down the toilet.

Hot Water Heaters

It is time for that friendly reminder again.  If your hot water heater is more than ten years old, you should consider replacing it.  A failed hot water heater can be costly.  And remember, you are responsible for the first $5000 in damages.
