Construction
Shawn Smith, Brian, and I met with project manager for the 701 balcony and the brick court yard planter. Weather permitting, they will be finished with the balcony by the 19th and the planter by the 26th. Shawn and I authorized them to work on Saturday (quiet work only) if necessary.
Pool Opening
As of now, Baltimore City has stated that pools in the city will not open until phase three. Once phase three is implemented, it will take the pool company seven days to have the pool ready.
