On Monday, March 16^th, work will begin to repair the balcony of Unit 701 and to remove one of the leaking planters in the brick courtyard.  The contractor performing the work will be allowed to come on site at 8:00 am, although no loud noises will be allowed until 8:30 am.  The projects should take six to eight weeks to complete.  Units facing the brick courtyard may be impacted.  Please contact the front desk if you experience any issues.  Thank you.
